Article R811-4 of the French Commercial code

Any receiver may refer the elections to the Paris Court of Appeal within five days of the proclamation of the results. The appeal shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the chief clerk of the court of appeal, who shall notify the government commissioner. The appeal may also be lodged by the government commissioner.

Article R811-5 of the French Commercial code

In the event of a vacancy in the seat of a titular member and his substitute, they shall be replaced by the first candidate and his substitute not elected. Article R811-11 of the French Commercial code

The members of the jury are appointed by order of the Minister of Justice, after obtaining the opinion of the Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires in the case of court-appointed administrators. An equal number of alternates are appointed under the same conditions. The chairman and members of the jury are appointed for a period of three years, renewable once.
