If the holder of an automatic account no longer satisfies the conditions of eligibility for automatic financial assistance, the automatic account will be closed after the holder has been invited to submit his/her observations. The automatic account will also be closed if the holder ceases to be active after exercising, where applicable, the option permitted by the provisions of Article 123-7.
