Subsection 2: Special provisions for the automatic cinema production account

The closure of the automatic cinema production account does not prevent payment, under the conditions provided for in article D. 312-1 of the Code du cinéma et de l’image animée, preferential claims listed in article L. 312-2 of the same code.
