Article 121-4 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Where the financial assistance gives rise to the drawing up of an agreement with the beneficiary, and unless otherwise provided for in these general regulations, the terms of payment and, where applicable, repayment of the financial assistance, as well as the circumstances in which it gives rise to repayment, are laid down in the agreement. The agreement may also provide for a derogation from the time limit for lapsing the decision conditioning payment of the aid provided for in article 121-7.

Article 121-4

Lorsque l’aide financière donne lieu à l’établissement d’une convention avec le bénéficiaire, et sauf dispositions contraires prévues par le présent règlement général, les modalités de versement et, le cas échéant d’amortissement, de l’aide financière ainsi que les circonstances dans lesquelles elle donne lieu à reversement sont fixées par la convention. La convention peut également prévoir une dérogation au délai de caducité de la décision conditionnant le versement de l’aide prévu à l’article 121-7.
