The magistrates mentioned in Article 706-76 and the public prosecutor at the competent court of appeal may ask specialist assistants, appointed under the conditions set out in the provisions of article 706, to take part, in accordance with the procedures set out in that article, in proceedings concerning crimes and offences falling within the scope of articles 706-73,706-73-1 or 706-74.
