Article D112-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The indexation to the general price level authorised for certain products and loans by article L. 112-3 is implemented using the consumer price index for all households, excluding tobacco, published monthly by the National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies.

The harmonised consumer price index, excluding tobacco, for the euro zone, calculated monthly by the Statistical Office of the European Communities in Luxembourg (EUROSTAT) and published by Agence France Trésor, may also be used.

Article D112-1

L’indexation sur le niveau général des prix autorisée pour certains produits et prêts par l’article L. 112-3 est mise en oeuvre en utilisant l’indice des prix à la consommation pour l’ensemble des ménages, hors tabac, publié mensuellement par l’Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques.

Peut être également utilisé l’indice harmonisé des prix à la consommation, hors tabac, de la zone euro calculé mensuellement par l’office statistique des Communautés européennes à Luxembourg (EUROSTAT) et publié par l’agence France Trésor.
