Article L223-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In addition to the provisions of this title, the provisions of articles L. 311-2, L. 321-1 to L. 323-2, L. 331-1 to L. 331-3, L. 332-1, L. 332-2, L. 333-1 and L. 333-2, L. 341-1 to L. 343-11, and L. 351-1 to L. 352-9 with the exception of those relating to Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 and the transfer decision referred to in Article L. 572-1.

Article L223-1

Outre les dispositions du présent titre, sont également applicables aux étrangers dont la situation est régie par le présent livre les dispositions des articles L. 311-2, L. 321-1 à L. 323-2, L. 331-1 à L. 331-3, L. 332-1, L. 332-2, L. 333-1 et L. 333-2, L. 341-1 à L. 343-11, et L. 351-1 à L. 352-9 à l’exception de celles relatives au règlement (UE) n° 604/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil, du 26 juin 2013, et à la décision de transfert mentionnée à l’article L. 572-1.
