Article L952-2 of the French Commercial code

I.-In article L. 223-1, the words: “on French territory” are replaced by the words: “in the territory”.

II.-In articles L. 225-36 and L. 225-65, the words: “in the same département or in an adjacent département” are replaced by the words: “in the territory”.
