Article R143-10 of the French Commercial code

In order to register debt declarations made pursuant to articles L. 141-21 and L. 141-22, articles R. 521-5 and R. 521-6 apply. The information concerning the asset required under 5° of article R. 521-6 is that which makes it possible to identify the goodwill contributed to the company.

The applicant for registration must also indicate the nature and registered office of the company to which the business is contributed as well as the date and number of the filing at the registry of the deed of incorporation of the said company.

Pour inscrire les déclarations de créances faites en application des articles L. 141-21 et L. 141-22, les articles R. 521-5 et R. 521-6 s’appliquent. Les informations concernant le bien requises au titre du 5° de l’article R. 521-6 sont celles qui permettent d’identifier le fonds de commerce apporté à la société.

Le requérant à l’inscription doit également indiquer la nature et le siège de la société à laquelle le fonds de commerce est apporté ainsi que la date et le numéro du dépôt au greffe de l’acte de constitution de ladite société.
