Article R821-12 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The accounting officer of the Directorate General of Public Finance mentioned in article R. 821-8 shall return all or part of the sum deposited within one month of the date of receipt by his departments of the writ of execution or the restitution order mentioned in article R. 821-10.

Le comptable de la direction générale des finances publiques mentionné à l’article R. 821-8 procède à la restitution de tout ou partie de la somme consignée dans un délai d’un mois à compter de la date de réception par ses services du titre exécutoire ou de l’ordre de restitution mentionné à l’article R. 821-10.
