Article 123-10 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

If the holder of an automatic account no longer satisfies the conditions of eligibility for automatic financial assistance, the automatic account will be closed after the holder has been invited to submit his/her observations.
The automatic account will also be closed if the holder ceases to be active after exercising, where applicable, the option permitted by the provisions of Article 123-7.

Article 123-10

Lorsque le titulaire d’un compte automatique ne satisfait plus aux conditions d’éligibilité à l’attribution d’une aide financière automatique, il est procédé, après que celui-ci a été invité à présenter ses observations, à la clôture de son compte automatique.
Il est également procédé à la clôture du compte automatique en cas de cessation d’activité de son titulaire après mise en œuvre, le cas échéant, de la faculté permise par les dispositions de l’article 123-7.
Lorsqu’il est procédé à la clôture du compte automatique, son ancien titulaire ne peut bénéficier des sommes qui y étaient inscrites.
