The sums entered in the automatic cinema operating accounts grouped into circuits are invested to finance work and investments contributing to:
1° The modernisation of a cinema provided that it is integrated into this circuit;
2° The creation of a new cinema intended to be integrated into this circuit.

Les sommes inscrites sur les comptes automatiques exploitation cinéma regroupés en circuit sont investies pour le financement de travaux et d’investissements concourant :
1° A la modernisation d’un établissement de spectacles cinématographiques à condition que celui-ci soit intégré à ce circuit ;
2° A la création d’un nouvel établissement de spectacles cinématographiques destiné à être intégré dans ce circuit.
