Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 112-3, L. 112-4 and L. 112-4-1 relating to price calculation methods is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and €15,000 for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions laid down in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Tout manquement aux dispositions des articles L. 112-3, L. 112-4 et L. 112-4-1 relatifs aux modalités de calcul du prix est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 3 000 euros pour une personne physique et 15 000 euros pour une personne morale.
