In the case of local authorities and their public establishments, the annual report drawn up by the contract holder referred to in article L. 2234-1 and the reports on the inspections carried out by the purchaser referred to in article L. 2234-2 are sent to the deliberative assembly or body and are the subject of a debate.

Pour les collectivités territoriales et leurs établissements publics, le rapport annuel établi par le titulaire mentionné à l’article L. 2234-1 et les comptes rendus des contrôles menés par l’acheteur mentionnés à l’article L. 2234-2 sont transmis à l’assemblée délibérante ou à l’organe délibérant et font l’objet d’un débat.
