Article L2234-1 of the French Public procurement code

The holder of the partnership contract draws up an annual report to monitor its performance. This report is sent to the purchaser each year within forty-five days of the anniversary date of the signing of the contract.

Le titulaire du marché de partenariat établit un rapport annuel permettant d’en suivre l’exécution. Ce rapport est adressé, chaque année, à l’acheteur dans les quarante-cinq jours suivant la date anniversaire de la signature du contrat.
