The president alone has the police of the assembly.

He may have any individual who disturbs order expelled from the audience or arrested.

In the event of a crime or misdemeanour, he draws up a report, which is immediately referred to the public prosecutor.

Le président a seul la police de l’assemblée.

Il peut faire expulser de l’auditoire ou arrêter tout individu qui trouble l’ordre.

En cas de crime ou de délit, il en dresse procès-verbal, et le procureur de la République en est immédiatement saisi.
