Article L6313-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Without prejudice to the exercise of its powers by the collectivity of Saint-Martin, the following provisions of this code shall apply:

1° Part One: Books II, III, IV and V;

2° Part Two: Titles I and II, Chapter III of Title IV and Title V of Book II; for the application of Chapter III of Title IV, the reference to the town planning code is replaced by the reference to locally applicable regulations;

3° Part Three: Book II;

4° Part Four: Book II; Sections 3 and 4 of Chapter III of Title III of Book IV.

For the application of these provisions to Saint-Martin, the reference to communes, départements and regions is replaced by the reference to the collectivity of Saint-Martin.

Article L6313-7

Sans préjudice de l’exercice de ses compétences par la collectivité de Saint-Martin, sont applicables les dispositions suivantes du présent code :

1° Première partie : livres II, III, IV et V ;

2° Deuxième partie : les titres Ier et II, le chapitre III du titre IV et le titre V du livre II ; pour l’application du chapitre III du titre IV, la référence au code de l’urbanisme est remplacée par la référence à la réglementation applicable localement ;

3° Troisième partie : livre II ;

4° Quatrième partie : livre II ; sections 3 et 4 du chapitre III du titre III du livre IV.

Pour l’application de ces dispositions à Saint-Martin, la référence aux communes, aux départements et aux régions est remplacée par la référence à la collectivité de Saint-Martin.
