Article L6324-5 of the French Labour Code

The training initiatives mentioned in article L. 6324-2 are financed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in 5° of I of article L. 6332-14.

The extended branch agreement referred to in article L. 6324-3 provides that the remuneration of employees undergoing retraining or promotion through work-linked training may be paid by the skills operator in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in 5° of II of article L. 6332-14 and under conditions determined by decree.

Les actions de formation mentionnées à l’article L. 6324-2 sont financées selon les modalités prévues au 5° du I de l’article L. 6332-14.

L’accord de branche étendu mentionné à l’article L. 6324-3 prévoit que la rémunération du salarié en reconversion ou promotion par alternance peut être prise en charge par l’opérateur de compétences selon les modalités prévues au 5° du II de l’article L. 6332-14 et dans les conditions déterminées par décret.
