Article L6413-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Without prejudice to the exercise of its powers by the collectivity, the following provisions of this Code shall apply to the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:

1° Part One: Books II, III, IV and V;

2° Part Three: Book II;

3° Part Four: Book II; Sections 3 and 4 of Chapter III of Title III of Book IV.

For the application of these provisions to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the reference to departments and regions is replaced by the reference to the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

Sans préjudice de l’exercice de ses compétences par la collectivité, sont applicables à la collectivité territoriale de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon les dispositions suivantes du présent code :

1° Première partie : livres II, III, IV et V ;

2° Troisième partie : livre II ;

3° Quatrième partie : livre II ; sections 3 et 4 du chapitre III du titre III du livre IV.

Pour l’application de ces dispositions à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, la référence aux départements et aux régions est remplacée par la référence à la collectivité territoriale de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
