Article L651-2 of the French Consumer Code

For the application of article L. 616-2 in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the words: “Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC” are replaced by the words: “the rules in force in mainland France under the provisions of Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/ EC”.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 616-2 à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, les mots : “ l’article 14 du règlement (UE) n° 524/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 21 mai 2013 relatif au règlement en ligne des litiges de consommation et modifiant le règlement (CE) n° 2006/2004 et la directive 2009/22/ CE ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ les règles en vigueur en métropole en vertu des dispositions de l’article 14 du règlement (UE) n° 524/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 21 mai 2013 relatif au règlement en ligne des litiges de consommation et modifiant le règlement (CE) n° 2006/2004 et la directive 2009/22/ CE ”.
