The committee responsible for health, safety and working conditions issues exercises the powers provided for in Articles 57 to 59, 61 to 71, 73 and 74 of the above-mentioned Decree of 20 November 2020.
It also exercises the powers of the social and economic committee provided for in the second and third paragraphs of Article L. 2312-5 as well as in Articles L. 2312-9 to L. 2312-13 of the Labour Code.
La commission chargée des questions de santé, de sécurité et des conditions de travail exerce les attributions prévues aux articles 57 à 59, 61 à 71, 73 et 74 du décret du 20 novembre 2020 mentionné ci-dessus.
