Subordination to conditions, of sales or provision of services, in disregard of the provisions of the second and third paragraphs of Article L. 121-11 are punishable by the fine provided for 5th class contraventions.
Repeat offences are punishable in accordance with the provisions of articles 132-11 and 132-15 du code pénal.
