Article R1432-157 of the French Public Health Code

Notwithstanding decree no. 82-453 of 28 May 1982 relating to health and safety at work and medical prevention in the civil service, the provisions of Title II of Book VI of Part IV of the regulatory part of the Labour Code are applicable to civil servants and public-sector contract workers performing their duties in a regional health agency, with the exception of articles R. 4624-10 to R. 4624-15.

Par dérogation au décret n° 82-453 du 28 mai 1982 relatif à l’hygiène et à la sécurité du travail ainsi qu’à la prévention médicale dans la fonction publique, les dispositions du titre II du livre VI de la quatrième partie de la partie réglementaire du code du travail sont applicables aux fonctionnaires et aux contractuels de droit public exerçant leurs fonctions en agence régionale de santé, à l’exception des articles R. 4624-10 à R. 4624-15.
