The provisions set out in articles R. 4624-19 and R. 4624-20 of the Labour Code are applicable to civil servants, practitioners mentioned in 1° of article L. 6152-1 and public sector contract workers who carry out their duties in a regional health agency when they are reinstated after long-term sick leave, long-term leave or serious sick leave or when they suffer from specific pathologies determined by the occupational physician.
