Article R1553-1 of the French Public Health Code

I.-For the application of Section III of Chapter I of Title III of this Part in Saint-Martin :

1° Les dispositions prévues aux 3° et 7° de l’article R. 1331-26, à l’article R. 1331-29 et au premier alinéa de l’article R. 1331-32 ne sont pas applicables ;

2° In the third paragraph of I of article R. 1331-30, the words: “, both hot and cold water for the shower room” are deleted;

3° In Article R. 1331-59, the words “whose temperature can be regulated for hot water” are deleted;

4° In the first paragraph of I of article R. 1331-60, the words: “permanently supplied with both cold and hot water” are replaced by the words: “permanently supplied with water”.

II – In the absence of adaptation, references made, by the provisions of Section III of Chapter I of Title III of Book III of this Part applicable to Saint-Martin, to provisions which are not applicable there, are replaced by references to provisions with the same purpose applicable locally.

Article R1553-1

I.-Pour l’application de la section III du chapitre Ier du titre III de la présente partie à Saint-Martin :

1° Les dispositions prévues aux 3° et 7° de l’article R. 1331-26, à l’article R. 1331-29 et au premier alinéa de l’article R. 1331-32 ne sont pas applicables ;

2° Au troisième alinéa du I de l’article R. 1331-30, les mots : “, tant d’eau chaude que d’eau froide pour la salle d’eau ” sont supprimés ;

3° A l’article R. 1331-59, les mots : “ dont la température peut être réglée pour l’eau chaude ” sont supprimés ;

4° Au premier alinéa du I de l’article R. 1331-60, les mots : “ alimentées en permanence tant d’eau froide que d’eau chaude ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ alimentées en permanence en eau ”.

II.-En l’absence d’adaptation, les références faites, par des dispositions de la section III du chapitre Ier du titre III du livre III de la présente partie applicable à Saint-Martin, à des dispositions qui n’y sont pas applicables, sont remplacées par les références aux dispositions ayant le même objet applicables localement.
