Article R2232-1 of the French Public procurement code

Pursuant to article L. 2232-7, the payment period applicable to services provided by small and medium-sized enterprises or craftsmen within the meaning of article R. 2151-13 is that imposed on the purchaser pursuant to section 2 of chapter II of title IX of book I of this part.

Article R2232-1

En application de l’article L. 2232-7, le délai de paiement applicable aux prestations exécutées par des petites et moyennes entreprises ou des artisans au sens de l’article R. 2151-13 est celui qui s’impose à l’acheteur en application de la section 2 du chapitre II du titre IX du livre Ier de la présente partie.
