Article R232-22 of the French Commercial code

When the filing of the accounting documents is accompanied by a declaration of confidentiality of the annual accounts pursuant to Article R. 123-111-1, the clerk of the commercial court shall complete the request for insertion of the notice in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales made pursuant to articles R. 232-19 à R. 232-22, as follows:

“The annual accounts shall be accompanied by a confidentiality statement pursuant to the first or second paragraph of Article L. 232-25. “

When the filing of the accounting documents is accompanied by a declaration of simplified publication of the annual accounts pursuant to article R. 123-111-1, the clerk of the commercial court shall complete the request for insertion of the notice in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales made pursuant to articles R. 232-19 to R. 232-22 as follows: “The annual financial statements are accompanied by a simplified presentation of the balance sheet and the notes to the financial statements, as well as a simplified publication statement pursuant to the third paragraph of Article L. 232-25”

Article R232-22

Lorsque le dépôt des documents comptables est accompagné d’une déclaration de confidentialité des comptes annuels en application de l’article R. 123-111-1, le greffier du tribunal de commerce complète la demande d’insertion de l’avis au Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales faite en application des articles R. 232-19 à R. 232-22, comme suit :

“ Les comptes annuels sont accompagnés d’une déclaration de confidentialité en application du premier ou deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 232-25. ”

Lorsque le dépôt des documents comptables est accompagné d’une déclaration de publication simplifiée des comptes annuels en application de l’article R. 123-111-1, le greffier du tribunal de commerce complète la demande d’insertion de l’avis au Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales faite en application des articles R. 232-19 à R. 232-22 comme suit : “ Les comptes annuels sont accompagnés d’une présentation simplifiée du bilan et de l’annexe ainsi que d’une déclaration de publication simplifiée en application du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 232-25 ”
