Article R232-24 of the French Commercial code

As soon as the filing provided for in Article R. 232-23 has been made, the clerk of the commercial court shall cause to be published in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales a notice worded as follows:

“The company having its registered office at , whose unique identification number is , has filed with the clerk of the commercial court of , where it is registered in the trade and companies register, the report relating to income tax pursuant to the provisions of Articles L. 232-6, L. 232-6-1, L. 233-28-1 ou L. 233-28-2 of the Commercial Code.”

Article R232-24

Dès le dépôt prévu à l’article R. 232-23, le greffier du tribunal de commerce fait insérer au Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales un avis ainsi rédigé :

“La société ayant son siège à , dont le numéro unique d’identification est , a déposé au greffe du tribunal de commerce de , où elle est immatriculée au registre du commerce et des sociétés, le rapport relatif à l’impôt sur les bénéfices en application des dispositions des articles L. 232-6, L. 232-6-1, L. 233-28-1 ou L. 233-28-2 du code de commerce.”
