Article R232-25 of the French Sports Code

Persons occasionally collaborating in the work of the Agency, experts and qualified persons may not carry out work in which they have a direct or indirect interest. They are subject to the obligations set out in 1° of article R. 232-24. In the event of a breach of these obligations, the College, acting by a majority of its members, may terminate their appointment.

With the exception of samplers approved to carry out tests, for which the conditions of approval are the subject of the decree adopted for the application of article L. 232-11, the persons mentioned in the previous paragraph shall send the President of the Agency, on the occasion of their appointment or taking up their duties, a declaration stating their direct or indirect links with any body whose activities are related to the Agency’s missions. This declaration will be updated on their own initiative as soon as these links change or new links are established.

Les personnes collaborant occasionnellement aux travaux de l’agence, les experts et les personnalités qualifiées ne peuvent réaliser des travaux dans lesquels ils auraient un intérêt direct ou indirect. Ils sont soumis aux obligations énoncées au 1° de l’article R. 232-24. En cas de manquement à ces obligations, le collège, statuant à la majorité de ses membres, peut mettre fin à leurs fonctions.

A l’exception des préleveurs agréés pour effectuer des contrôles, dont les conditions d’agrément font l’objet du décret pris pour l’application de l’article L. 232-11, les personnes mentionnées à l’alinéa précédent adressent au président de l’agence, à l’occasion de leur nomination ou de leur entrée en fonction, une déclaration mentionnant leurs liens directs ou indirects avec tout organisme dont les activités ont un lien avec les missions de l’agence. Cette déclaration est actualisée à leur initiative dès qu’une modification de ces liens intervient ou que de nouveaux liens sont noués.
