Article R4343-2 of the French Public Health Code

Articles R. 4333-7 and R. 4333-8 are applicable to speech therapists and orthoptists, subject to the following adaptation:

In the first paragraph of article R. 4333-7, the words “article L. 4333-1-1” are replaced by the words “article L. 4341-2-2 or article L. 4342-2-2” and the words “article L. 4333-1” are replaced by the words “article L. 4341-2 or article L. 4342-2”.

Les articles R. 4333-7 et R. 4333-8 sont applicables aux orthophonistes et aux orthoptistes, sous réserve de l’adaptation suivante :

Au premier alinéa de l’article R. 4333-7, les mots : ” de l’article L. 4333-1-1 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de l’article L. 4341-2-2 ou de l’article L. 4342-2-2 ” et les mots : ” à l’article L. 4333-1 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” à l’article L. 4341-2 ou à l’article L. 4342-2 ”.
