Article R6147-16 of the French Public Health Code

Financial control at the Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Paris is carried out under the conditions laid down by Decree 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budgetary and accounting management. The specific terms and conditions of this control are laid down by order of the ministers responsible for the budget and health.

The authority responsible for financial control is appointed by the Minister for the Budget after consultation with the Minister for Health.

Le contrôle financier auprès de l’Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Paris est assuré dans les conditions fixées par le décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique. Les modalités particulières de ce contrôle sont fixées par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget et de la santé.

L’autorité chargée du contrôle financier est nommée par le ministre chargé du budget après avis du ministre chargé de la santé.
