Section 2: Financial organisational provisions specific to Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Paris

Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Paris is subject to the provisions of Chapter V of Title IV of Book I of Part Six, subject to the provisions of this section.

The decision of the Director General of Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Paris concerning the initial investment programme for the financial year is sent to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency for approval at the same time as the budget.

Within twenty-five days of receipt, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency will forward the investment programme and the overall multi-year financing plan, together with his comments, to the Ministers for Health, Social Security and the Budget.
