Consumer mediator for legal profession
The consumer customer is informed of the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute relating to these general conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or to any other alternative mode of dispute resolution.
For this purpose, the consumer client is informed that he/she can seize, after having first tried to resolve the dispute amicably directly with the firm, the consumer ombudsman of the legal profession – 180 boulevard Haussmann 75008 Paris.
For more information on the mediation process, the consumer client is invited to consult the website of the consumer mediator of the lawyer profession: https://mediateur-consommation-avocat.fr/.
The mediator can in particular be contacted by email at the following address: me*******@me***************************.fr , by post to the aforementioned address or by completing the online form available at the following address https: // mediateur-consommation-avocat.fr/contacter-le-mediateur/.
The consumer customer is informed that disputes for which the request is manifestly unfounded or abusive, or has been previously examined or is under examination by another mediator or by a court, cannot be submitted to the mediator. The same applies if the consumer client has submitted his/her request to the mediator within a period of more than one year from his/her written complaint to the firm or if the dispute does not fall within the scope of the mediator, or finally if the consumer does not justify having tried, beforehand, to resolve his dispute directly with the firm by a written complaint.
The firm also informs the consumer client of the existence of an Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) platform to which he/she can use. The user can access it from the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
