Article 1031-13 of the French Code of civil procedure

On pain of inadmissibility of the application for review, the following must be submitted to the registry within the time limit for filing the statement of case:

1° A copy of the decisions referred to in 4° and 5° of Article 1031-9 ;

2° A copy of the service of these decisions on the defendants to the review.

In the event of incomplete or materially incorrect transmission of any of these documents, a notice setting a time limit for rectification shall be sent by the adviser-rapporteur to the applicant’s lawyer under the conditions provided for in Article 1031-18.

Article 1031-13

A peine d’irrecevabilité de la demande de réexamen, doit être remis au greffe dans le délai du dépôt du mémoire :

1° Une copie des décisions mentionnées au 4° et au 5° de l’article 1031-9 ;

2° Une copie de la signification de ces décisions aux défendeurs au réexamen.

En cas de transmission incomplète ou entachée d’erreur matérielle de l’un de ces documents, un avis fixant un délai pour y remédier est adressé par le conseiller rapporteur à l’avocat du demandeur dans les conditions prévues à l’article 1031-18.
