The second gratified cannot be subject to the obligation to preserve and transmit.

If the charge has been stipulated beyond the first degree, it remains valid but for the first degree only.

Le second gratifié ne peut être soumis à l’obligation de conserver et de transmettre.

Si la charge a été stipulée au-delà du premier degré, elle demeure valable mais pour le premier degré seulement.
