Article 1065 of the French Code of civil procedure

Where the decision has been handed down by the guardianship judge, the transmission is made by the clerk of the judicial court within fifteen days of the expiry of the time limits for appeal.

Where the decision has been handed down by the court of appeal, the transmission is made by the clerk of that court within fifteen days of the judgment.

Article 1065

Lorsque la décision a été rendue par le juge des tutelles, la transmission est faite par le greffier du tribunal judiciaire dans les quinze jours qui suivent l’expiration des délais de recours.

Lorsque la décision a été rendue par la cour d’appel, la transmission est faite par le greffe de cette cour dans les quinze jours de l’arrêt.
