Article 1082-1 of the French Code of civil procedure

Divorce or legal separation shall be proved to third parties simply by producing an extract of the decision pronouncing it containing only its operative part, accompanied by proof of its enforceability in accordance with article 506.

Il est justifié, à l’égard des tiers, d’un divorce ou d’une séparation de corps par la seule production d’un extrait de la décision l’ayant prononcé ne comportant que son dispositif, accompagné de la justification de son caractère exécutoire conformément à l’article 506.
