The suspensive effect attached to an appeal in cassation and its time limit does not apply to the provisions of the decision or the approved agreement that concern maintenance, the contribution to the upkeep and education of the child and the exercise of parental authority.

L’effet suspensif qui s’attache au pourvoi en cassation ainsi qu’à son délai ne s’applique pas aux dispositions de la décision ou de la convention homologuée qui concernent les pensions, la contribution à l’entretien et l’éducation de l’enfant et l’exercice de l’autorité parentale.
