Article 1130 of the French Code of civil procedure

The declaration of resumption of cohabitation is entered in the margin of the marriage certificate and the birth certificate of each of the spouses.

The same entries are made at the request of the notary who drew up the deed recording the resumption of cohabitation.

La déclaration de reprise de la vie commune est mentionnée en marge de l’acte de mariage et de l’acte de naissance de chacun des époux.

Les mêmes mentions sont opérées à la diligence du notaire qui a dressé l’acte constatant la reprise de la vie commune.
