Article 1140 of the French Code of civil procedure

The proceedings are oral.

At any time during the proceedings, the parties may expressly give their agreement for the proceedings to proceed without a hearing in accordance with the provisions of article L. 212-5-1 of the Code of Judicial Organisation . In this case, articles 828 and 829 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall apply.

In matters relating to an application for revision of compensatory allowance, the proceedings shall be brought, investigated and judged in accordance with the ordinary written procedure applicable before the judicial court.

La procédure est orale.

A tout moment de la procédure, les parties peuvent donner expressément leur accord pour que la procédure se déroule sans audience conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 212-5-1 du code de l’organisation judiciaire . Dans ce cas, il est fait application des articles 828 et 829 du code de procédure civile.

En matière de demande de révision de prestation compensatoire, l’instance est formée, instruite et jugée selon la procédure écrite ordinaire applicable devant le tribunal judiciaire.
