Article 1200-11 of the French Code of civil procedure

The decision of the children’s judge may be appealed by the parties and the family benefits delegate, within fifteen days of its notification or delivery of the notice.

The appeal is lodged according to the rules laid down in articles 931 à 934. The Registrar shall notify the parties who have not lodged the appeal themselves of the appeal by simple letter and inform them that they will be summoned to appear before the Court at a later date.

La décision du juge des enfants peut être frappée d’appel par les parties et le délégué aux prestations familiales, dans un délai de quinze jours suivant sa notification ou remise de l’avis.


L’appel est formé selon les règles édictées aux articles 931 à 934. Le greffier avise de l’appel, par lettre simple, les parties qui ne l’auraient pas elles-mêmes formé et les informe qu’elles seront ultérieurement convoquées devant la cour.
