Article 1210-11 of the French Code of civil procedure

The decision refusing return issued by a foreign court and the accompanying documents transmitted to the court already seised by the parties of an application relating to the exercise of parental authority, pursuant to Article 29(3) of Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1111 of 25 June 2019 concerning jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and the matters of parental responsibility as well as international child abduction (recast), shall be notified to the parties by the registry of that court.

La décision de refus de retour rendue par une juridiction étrangère et les documents qui l’accompagnent transmis à la juridiction déjà saisie par les parties d’une demande relative à l’exercice de l’autorité parentale, en application du paragraphe 3 de l’article 29 du règlement (UE) 2019/1111 du Conseil du 25 juin 2019 relatif à la compétence, la reconnaissance et l’exécution des décisions en matière matrimoniale et en matière de responsabilité parentale, ainsi qu’à l’enlèvement international d’enfants (refonte), sont notifiés aux parties par le greffe de cette juridiction.
