Article 1223-2 of the French Code of civil procedure

Copies of the deliberations of the family council and court decisions relating to the protection measure may only be issued to the parties and persons invested with guardianship responsibilities concerned by these deliberations and decisions.

Persons demonstrating a legitimate interest may also obtain extracts with the authorisation of the guardianship judge.

A minor who has reached the age of majority may obtain a copy of the deliberations and decisions concerning him or her.

Il ne peut être délivré copie des délibérations du conseil de famille et des décisions de justice afférentes à la mesure de protection qu’aux parties et aux personnes investies des charges tutélaires concernées par ces délibérations et décisions.

Les personnes justifiant d’un intérêt légitime peuvent également en obtenir des extraits sur autorisation du juge des tutelles.

Le mineur devenu majeur peut obtenir copie des délibérations et décisions le concernant.
