Article 1230 of the French Code of civil procedure

Any decision of the judge is notified, at the registry’s behest, to the applicant, the person in charge of protection or the legal administrator and to all those whose rights or obligations resulting from the protection measure it modifies.

It is also notified to the minor who has reached the age of sixteen unless his or her condition does not allow it.

In addition, in the case of Article 502 of the Civil Code, it is notified to the subrogated guardian.

Toute décision du juge est notifiée, à la diligence du greffe, au requérant, à la personne chargée de la protection ou à l’administrateur légal et à tous ceux dont elle modifie les droits ou les obligations résultant de la mesure de protection.

Elle est également notifiée au mineur âgé de seize ans révolus à moins que son état ne le permette pas.


En outre, dans le cas de l’article 502 du code civil, elle est notifiée au subrogé tuteur.
