Prior to a meeting of a minor’s family council, the judge shall hear the minor, or have the minor heard, if the minor is capable of discernment, under the conditions provided for in article 388-1 of the Civil Code.

Prior to a meeting of a minor’s family council, the judge shall hear the minor, or have the minor heard, if the minor is capable of discernment, under the conditions provided for in article 388-1 of the Civil Code.
Préalablement à la réunion du conseil de famille d’un mineur, le juge procède ou fait procéder à l’audition de celui-ci, s’il est capable de discernement, dans les conditions prévues à l’article 388-1 du code civil.
