The summons shall be sent, as soon as the hearing scheduled for the debates has been set and at least fifteen days in advance, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. A copy of the summons is sent to the persons concerned by ordinary letter.
The summons is equivalent to a summons to appear.
La convocation est adressée, dès la fixation de l’audience prévue pour les débats et au moins quinze jours à l’avance, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception. Une copie de la convocation est adressée aux personnes concernées par lettre simple.
La convocation vaut citation.
