Article 1251-1 of the French Code of civil procedure

May obtain from the public prosecutor a copy of the declaration for the purposes of safeguarding justice mentioned in the first paragraph of article 1251 or of the decision of the guardianship judge provided for in article 1249 :

1° The judicial authorities;

2° Persons who are entitled, under article 430 of the Civil Code, to request the opening of a protective measure;

3° Lawyers, notaries and bailiffs who can justify the usefulness of the declaration in the context of an act relating to the exercise of their duties.

Article 1251-1

Peuvent obtenir du procureur de la République copie de la déclaration aux fins de sauvegarde de justice mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article 1251 ou de la décision du juge des tutelles prévue à l’article 1249 :

1° Les autorités judiciaires ;

2° Les personnes qui ont qualité, selon l’article 430 du code civil, pour demander l’ouverture d’une mesure de protection ;

3° Les avocats, notaires et huissiers de justice qui justifient de l’utilité de la déclaration dans le cadre d’un acte relevant de l’exercice de leurs fonctions.
