Article 1259-5 of the French Code of civil procedure

The judge’s decision authorising, pursuant to articles 485 and 493 of the Civil Code, the future protection agent or an ad hoc agent to perform acts not covered by the mandate may only be appealed by the mandator or the beneficiary of the mandate where the latter is not the mandator, the agent, the person responsible for supervising the execution of the mandate and those whose rights or charges it modifies.

La décision du juge autorisant, en application des articles 485 et 493 du code civil, le mandataire de protection future ou un mandataire ad hoc à accomplir des actes non couverts par le mandat n’est susceptible de recours que par le mandant ou le bénéficiaire du mandat lorsque celui-ci n’est pas le mandant, le mandataire, la personne chargée du contrôle de l’exécution du mandat et ceux dont elle modifie les droits ou les charges.
