Article 1276 of the French Code of civil procedure

In application of the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 459 of the Civil Code, the subrogated guardian is called to the sale, at least one month in advance, at the behest of the drafter of the specifications and informed that the sale will be carried out, even in his absence.

En application des dispositions de l’alinéa 1er de l’article 459 du code civil, le subrogé-tuteur est appelé à la vente, un mois au moins à l’avance, à la diligence du rédacteur du cahier des charges et informé qu’il sera procédé à la vente, même en son absence.
