Article 1332 of the French Code of civil procedure

The notarised inventory may also contain:

1° The qualities and rights of those who may claim the community or the succession;

2° Where applicable, the active and passive consitution of the community as it results from all documents, titles and papers presented to the notary and from the declarations of the applicants and those appearing.

L’inventaire notarié peut également contenir :

1° Les qualités et droits de ceux qui peuvent prétendre à la communauté ou à la succession ;

2° Le cas échéant, la consistance active et passive de la communauté telle qu’elle résulte de tous documents, titres et papiers présentés au notaire et des déclarations des requérants et comparants.
